Elim Children's Center was founded in 1988, a mission of Elim Lutheran Church, a non-denominational, non-profit center providing childcare services for infants through preschoolers and school agers before & after school, non-school days and a summer program. We engage children in daily activities and learning that support age appropriate development across all domains in a compassionalte environment. Our Center operates year- around and is open from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday-Friday. We are licensed by Iowa Department of Human Services.

Our child had behavior issues and they kicked him out when his mother was in the hospital fighting for her life. Total lack of compassion. Not very "Christian" of them. He was stressed and instead of comforting him they put him in repeated timeouts. Childcare "fail".
