There are many wonderful things about this daycare, including the friendly staff. I am going to focus on the bad. The toys and play mats never look clean, even first thing in the morning upon arrival. Depending on who has your child, they will never get fed the same or with the same frequency. Sometimes nothing is documented on the app until before pick up and it shows food being given in the middle of a nap that was documented. The communication amongst the staff seems poor when it comes to the things the parents voice about their child. It is either ignored, forgotten, or not relayed to other team members. Things are lost or misplaced frequently, and they have to go on a scavenger hunt to find the missing items once asked about them. When they run low on items that you bring, they tell you the evening before it is needed. Overall, they are nice people and I feel my child is safe, they just would not be my first choice.
