We encourage families to contact the daycare provider directly with any questions or concerns, as the provider may have already addressed some or all issues. If I could give zero stars I would. The premise of this daycare is nice and appealing unfortunately it isn't a daycare it is adults bossy and yelling at kids. There is a lack of communication between staff and the owner. The owner is fast to text you or call you and slow to apologize once she realizes it was there mistake. I have been in multiple times and witnessed staff yelling at kids and they don't care who sees it. In short if I can keep one kid from having to endure what others do there then I will be happy. So glad I made the choice to switch myself and kiddos are much happier.
