I have used this provider for more than 6 months
We had our son with Kazuko for over 2 years till we had to move out of state. She's genuinely kind and caring and takes extraordinary care of the children. Our baby came home happy from her care whether the youngest or eldest child in the home. She's super clean, organized, and nurturing. She consistently provided the children with stimulating and educational activities appropriate for their ages. When we moved out of town, she was the favorite person of MA my son missed the most.
DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILD TO THIS DAYCARE. KAZUKO CHARGES LOW RATES AND YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. SHE DOES NOT LIKE CHANGES DIAPERS AND OVER A 9 HOUR DAY MY SONS DIAPER WAS CHANGED 2 TIMES PER DAY. SHE LOCKED HIM IN A ROOM BECAUSE HE WOULD GET FUSSY WHILE HE WAS TEETHING AND I DONT THINK SHE AND HER ELDERLY HUSBAND CAN HANDLE THIS BEHAVIOUR IN THEIR OLD AGE. THERE WAS A CHILD TWICE MY SONS AGE WHO BULLIED HIM FOR 6 MONTHS, I BROUGHT TI TO HER ATTENTION AND SHE DID NOTHING BUT GASLIGHTED ME. I REPORTED HER AND THE DAYCARE TO THE STATE AND THEY MADE AN ENQUIRY. SHE ONLY WANTS TO COLLECT YOUR MONEY AND DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THE CHILDREN.
Kazuko is very careful, kind, and competent in her care for our son. He loves her and she is very helpful, knowledgeable, and adaptable to working with our schedules as parents.
My family has been using Kazuko's day care since I went back to work. Her home is clean, she is friendly, her prices and policies are reasonable, and our kid is always happy when we pick her up. Kazuko is very organized- she sends home a "report card" and let's us know if we need to bring any refills of anything. She also employees some helpers for the middle part of the day when the children leave the house and also during lunch time. We have been incredibly happy with this choice!
