I have used this provider for more than 6 months
My child was at this daycare for about a year and things started great until she expanded her daycare. Once she hired an assistant, she was not very involved and could not tell me anything about my child’s day. My husband actually saw her at a stop light during the middle of the day, and we had never been notified that anyone else would be watching the kids in her place to maintain ratios. My child was also sent home almost weekly for a “fever” that was never substantiated by his pediatrician, and we got texts almost every morning less than an hour before the daycare opened about daycare being closed due to staffing, her own children being ill, not returning from out of town in time for Monday morning, and any other excuse you could imagine. My spouse and I missed countless days of work due to how many times she closed, and I don’t think he attended a full week for a consistent 6 months due to all of the issues she created. The only redeeming qualify was that my child enjoyed making friend with the other kids there, but we ultimately disenrolled him due to the lack of communication, inconsistencies, and overall disingenuous behavior we experienced. We also have been trying to contact the provider for over a month to get our child’s belongings back and have been ghosted. Would not recommend this daycare to anyone.
