I have used this provider for less than 6 months

Had both my infants there for 2 months November to mid January & the day 1/19/22 that i decided to ask thru text, why Parents are not allowed to sign their children in & out? Like other daycare’s & The provider got REALLY DEFENSIVE. She got offended and told me “I am bothered because why would you compare my daycare to other daycares. Why would you ask that question” & told me i had to remove both my infants from her daycare that same day and find another one ON THE SAME DAY. As a mother i’m in all my rights to explore and ask questions without a problem, to any daycare provider/ teacher Aside from the fact that one of my infants has special needs and needs therapy and she doesn’t allow therapists inside. I’m a mother that works in the health care field & has worked in daycares before, i can certainly say that customer service is needed to work everywhere & this is NOT how a “Professional” is supposed to treat other parents. As a provider/teacher you’re supposed to make the children’s parents feel comfortable with your service especially when the service IS NOT FREE but unfortunately this daycare owner Ms Rodriguez has terrible customer service and a nasty attitude.
