Findings: 5 CSR 25-400.085 Physical Requirements of the Family Day Care Home Violation: The facility did not have a fenced outdoor play area that was on or adjoining the day care property and was accessible without hazard as evidenced by the fence was not in good condition in that the entire metal gate in the back yard near the back of the home leading to the basement door was rusted. The gate was rough to the touch and it could cause a body part to become scraped. There were no sharp or flaking material on the gate.
