I’m so dissatisfied I pulled my baby after 2 weeks , he had baby food and dirty after pick ups, 11 months and confined to a sit me chair or jumper , no one ever was on the same page about how much he ate , told me he ate all bottles but would wake up for a bottle in the middle of the night, ( which he doesn’t do when home on weekends, or before putting him in daycare, he got a diaper rash then the director denied everything, then she never got back to me never I’m sorry we try to be more attentive as a daycare worker this was by far my worst experience I be a stay home mom I’m traumatized
The staff is very polite and care dearly for my kids. I witnessed it for myself. Mrs Dena the director is a great person and is willing to help you.
