Discovery Island Early Care And Preschool

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILDREN HERE!!!! If I could give ZERO stars I would! They claim to be a 5 star program but they are far from it! My son was in the infant room and he was horribly neglected. He was not wiped properly after bowel movements, clothes were soaking wet with drool, he was exhausted every day, scared to death to be alone in his crib(which was never an issue before), his zip up onsie was fastened with the zipper sticking straight up into his neck, his face was filthy, he had a huge scratch down his thigh, he was always so hungry when I picked him up. One evening I walked in to take him home and he was on his knees, leaning against some half a** make shift baby gate that was about to fall down, screaming, crying, tears and snot running down his face, past his chin, no drool bib on. It broke my heart. His diaper was always soaked upon pick up. I removed him immediately after just one week. Their excuse for the neglect was I should have communicated with them better. Never in my life did I think I would have to tell someone that you have to actually care for a baby, wipe their butt, wipe their nose, comfort them, put bibs on them, feed them....disgusting!!!! This place needs to be shut down and stripped of this false "5 star" label!!!
