Three out of my four children have gone to daycare in this facility. Diana helped us get our girls involved with Girl scouts. Diana has shown compassion and the love of teaching throughout our children's lives. Our oldest was already in school When we started utilizing Diana's daycare. However, Diana has welcomed our oldest into her house on several occasions as her drop in when my husband and I had to work. She's also attended our children's school functions once they begin. She has a genuine interest in her daycare kids and it truly shows. If we were to ever have more children, they would definitely go to Diana.
My girlfriend and I had a rough fallout with this provider.my girlfriend's mom went there and said its nasty and filled with cats and she watched diana demoralize a little girl right in front of her eyes. Our kids started to learn to slap there and brought that action home which we obviously don't tolerate. Then she got upset with my girlfriend and blamed all her problems she is having with her daycare on her, and our kids because we decided to give her a 2 week notice that we were moving the kids to a new provider. She then demanded another 150 dollars or she wouldn't give the kids records and documents back to us. So obviously we had to give her extra money. We decided the 2 week notice was unnecessary and our kids will NEVER be going back there.
