Fellow parents, strongly consider using a different program for your children. If you use this program, you’ll be repeatedly confronted with inane or simply inaccurate rules, constant badgering to comply with program requirements that constantly seem to change, and an incredible “balloon payment” at the end of your term, based on misleading language in a flimsy contract. Our experience is that we chose not to send our son to the program for the duration of the COVID-19 epidemic, then cancelled. We supported the program during some of this time despite not receiving services for several months. Upon cancellation, the program demanded over $2,000 in termination related fees, bringing the total for services-not-provided to over $6,000. There are many other options - steer clear of this one at all costs!
