Director is really rude and makes her disgust of people on title 20 known. My boyfriend and I were going to send our kids here and we told Lindsey he was taking off work until we got the title 20 approved and she just laughed at him. She was never in the building when we called to ask questions. A lot of the employees had attitude problems and were rude to the children already attending so we decided to look for another daycare. Not only did we call state on the daycare but will be calling cooperate to complain.
When putting my son in daycare I was a little reluctant. We visited Creative World to see if it would be a good fit for our family. Our seen seemed like he liked it so we decided to give it a try. Almost 6 months later we are so glad that we did. Everyday our son amazes us with something new whether its words or something that he does. He loves his teachers, loves his friends and really enjoys going to daycare everyday. I would recommend this center to anyone who is looking for a safe and structured place for their children. The teachers are on top of everything and are great, the directors are very helpful and always keep you informed about any changes.
When we first toured this center I thought this was definitely the place for my child to learn and grow. Well..it has been a nightmare for the last couple months. Three times they have called saying my child was sick with a fever and I get them home my child is perfectly fine with no fever whatsoever. I informed them about a food intolerance and its right in one ear and out the other.They give my child the food they are not allowed to have and when they call saying my child needs to be picked up (reaction of food theyre not supposed to have) they try and cover their tracks by saying its a mistake they didn't have that food another child did. The supervision is not that great. My child was bitten while sitting in the teachers lap! There was a bite mark recently and when I asked about it nobody knew anything about it and the next day there is an incident report saying that my child was bit as a result of hitting another child. They do not assume responsibility for their actions. I understand that daycares aren't perfect and they can't focus on any one child but if you value your child's health and safety, don't give this place a second thought.
I have 2 children that go to creative world on hewitt ave in kettering ohio. One has gone there since 6 weeks of age and is now almost 3 and the other has gone there since about age 3 and they have loved it there. I have never really had any issues with any of their staff. All of their staff is very friendly and caring and loves the kids. I would recommend this daycare to any one looking for a good caring staff, in family like environment.
