We have added additional safety measures including locks (approved of by the city of Scranton Zoning officer) on the outsides of the outdoor gates, we removed a small, concreted bench as well as replacing the lower fencing to match the existing higher fencing, trained and positioned no less than two staff to be at opposite ends of the outdoor play space to ensure that the children are seen, heard, accessed, and directed at all times. Further, walkie talkies have been implemented to ensure that the children's movements are thoroughly monitored while in care the facility and that constant communication with all staff. |
