My family has had an amazing and positive experience with Cradle and Crayon. The teachers and staff had great and supportive relationships with my children. My kids were a part of a community at Cradle and Crayon and enjoyed going to daycare every day. I would recommend this daycare to any family.
I have never left a negative review on any website but today when walking by I heard a toddler (between the age of 1 and 2) crying and they sounded as if he/she was in extreme distress. When I looked over one of the child care providers was washing the child off with a hose and whether it was just their feet or whole body I’m unsure of but the child was undressed and in a diaper so unfortunately I think it was their body. I overheard the childcare provider mention washing sand off which would be fine, but I can assume the hose water was freezing. If my child were at this facility and I witnessed this I would immediately remove them. It was quite an upsetting scene.
