I’m the owner and I wish this reviewer (6 years ago) had contacted me directly. We’ve been serving the crabapple community for almost 30 years now, with several original teachers... far from what I would describe as inexperienced. Please come in for a tour and get a feel for our familial and loving environment (and our academics are unparalleled and well-documented by local educators as students further their educations. Many of our students have gone on and are learning to do fantastic work in the community both in service and intellectual capacities). We’re proud of our school and graduates.
Management is horrible and refuses to communicate directly with the parents. She is he definition of passive aggressive. The Owner is a bit of an airhead and pretty much absent. The teachers are untrained and the afternoon "stand-in" teachers are all high school students without any experience or training and have a high turnover. If you want to have a place for your child to have her picture taken but otherwise ignored, Crabapple is the place. If you want your child to be properly attended to and cared for, run away from this place as fast as you possibly can and try one of the many other excellent child care centers and preschools in the area.
