Behind a door in a basement there were paints that state "keep out of the reach of children". Items that state this must be under lock and key or physically out of the reach of the tallest child enrolled.

At the initial visit, with no children present on the premise, there was a firearm ontop of the fridge. Firearms must be in a locked safe.
