| Outdoor play area was not enclosed by fence with a minimum height of 4 feet. The top of the fence, less than six feet, was not free from protrusions. The back of the fence surrounding the outdoor play area used by the older children was measuring between 3ft.8in and 3ft 10in. Because the interior fence between the School age play area and preschool play area was not measuring at least four feet in height we had to measure the school age play area fence and it was measuring between 3ft.8in. and 3 ft.11in. The front play area that the Ms. Griffin stated is used periodically for chalk drawing was measuring 3ft. 10in in some areas. | |||
