I called to inform daycare I would be picking my son up as it would be my first time. I had already spoke to his mother. She gave me his information on him being sick. They don’t have address posted on website. My sons mom refused to tell me address she called daycare and told them not to let me pick him up. I informed them I have court documents saying I’m within my right to pick him up while his mother was at work. They did not mute the phone has I heard them talking to other workers saying I had already spoke to the mom and would like to pick my son up. She was talking in a mocking tone. Very unprofessional and as I see in the reviews they have high citation rate for having more kids then they are supposed to. I would not recommend this place at all. Very rude and disrespectful to a dad just trying to pick his son up.
