In space number 201 underneath the white board there was an outlet not covered with a safety plug. You immediately covered the outlet with a safety plug.

Medication authorization, giving the caregiver standing authorization did not meet the specifications in rule. In space 201 there was an albuterol inhaler with a signed permission to administer medication form on file however; the form was signed on September 5, 2023, and should have been updated on or before March 5, 2024.

All corrosive agents, pesticides, bleaches, detergents, cleansers, polishes, any product which is under pressure in an aerosol dispenser, and any substance which may be hazardous to a child if ingested, inhaled, or handled were not stored in a locked room or cabinet. Clean' EMS Towels disinfectant wipes with additional warning were in a cabinet, but the cabinet was not lock. The teacher locked the cabinet during the visit.
