I have used this provider for more than 6 months

I have had my bonus daughter here for 2 years now . I have had no issues thank goodness. Ms Pam and Ms Raenell are no longer employed there and if this is the reason I totally understand. The daycare was bought out and has new management . I pray the children who was hurt before is ok and never goes through this again. Thank you to the Moms for taking action and saying other children from the hands of the teacher . I will continue to ask my daughter questions and pop in early. We do love the staff they are great but I will keep my eyes open .

I have used this provider for more than 6 months

MY 2yr was injured in the twos classroom by a teacher forcefully grabbing her and pulling her arm out of socket. My child was in pain for hours and no one called me nor rendered aid to my baby. I showed up at my regular pick up time to find her in excruciating pain and crying. When I asked what was wrong with her the teacher told me she was tired!! (The first lie)!! Then when I said that the cried she has is not from being tired it sounds like she’s hurting the teacher then switched it up and said she may have fell!! (Second lie!!) I demanded to see the cameras because this center does participate in the online WatchMeGrow system. Ms. Pam begin to playback the camera where I witnessed this same teacher yanking my child with so much force that she spinned around the teacher then forcefully threw her up against the wall!! As you can imagine I was livid!! I immediately call the police and made a report and took my child to the emergency room where here arm was popped back into place!! There’s and open cps case on this center, I pressed charges on this employee! Also this employee is still employed there Ms Pam told me she was on “SUSPENSION” wtf!!! Before this I witnessed the twos teacher on camera being rough with other toddlers in this classroom and advised Ms Pam of what I seen she said she’d handle it.. in which she did not!! I had to address the employee Kayla myself!!! These owners don’t care about these children nor do the protect them just read these reviews and RUN FAR AWAY!!

This daycare is terrible. About three weeks ago a little boy in my son's class (3's) pulled a bookshelf over on his hand and broke three of his fingers. You would think this would prompt them to call the child's mother, but instead the shrugged it off and gave him a bag of ice. Then yesterday my son opened child's backpack and proceeded to take out a bottle of cough syrup and drink the whole bottle. This obviously means he was not being monitored or watched, and we spent the whole night in the ER. This daycare has constant turnover in their employees, and I am seriously disgusted with the way they have handled the situation concerning my son and the other little boy who's hand was broken. DO NOT subject your children to such inconsistency and possible harm
