Th older lady that takes the kids in the morning is semi nice, and from what I know and have dealt with the director is alright, but Denise is soooo un godly rude, her high pitch srieking voice mixed with the way she talks to people is very irritating. She has a “I am better then you attitude.” She knew my family has having financial trouble one week and refused to let me skip a week and pay it up the following week for two weeks. She treats me like I am a child, if she has something to say then she makes my kids stay in the building until she has finished which comes off the way of if I don’t listen to her then she won’t release them to me. It’s sooo frustrating. They wait till hours after you drop the kids off to tell you “hey you forgot this and we need you to bring it up here”, whatever it may be and that’s a true inconvenience. There was no real good communication about shot records and registration and it made me feel like they didn’t care about us at all but they were the only ones with a opening.
