Description: Established in 1964, Community Action Partnership of Greater St. Joseph (CAP St. Joe) has been helping move low-income persons from poverty to self-sufficiency in Northwest Missouri for nearly 50 years. We are proud to be part of a national network of more than 1000 Community Action Agencies fighting poverty at the local level, providing direct support to more than 34.5 million people nationwide. With offices and services across Buchanan, Andrew, Clinton and DeKalb Counties, Community Action Partnership reaches out to the 16,000 people living in poverty in Northwest Missouri.
