I guess what they say is true. You get what you pay for. At $135 they may be the cheapest spot in town and the services definitely reflect it. My first bad experience was when both of his teachers quit, we weren’t notified nor were we introduced to the new teacher (okay maybe my standards are too high) second experience, I noticed my son had a scratch on his nose. I asked his teacher what happened and she said “I don’t know, he didn’t have a scaratch before he went outside but I noticed he had it when he came back in” I asked for an incident report and they have me the run around saying this teacher did it or that one has it. To say the least they couldn’t produce a report at all. My 1 yr old son had to tell me that another child did it. 3rd and 4th, I pay $135 for my son, typically I pay $140 and expect them to provide change or credit the account but nope they do neither. And they lost one of my payments where I paid an extra $5. Never called to say they found it or anything but I later learned that they did find it. Lastly, my son came home and told me “Ms. Brown pinched me” it’s so disheartening and disappointing to think that my child is being mistreated. They don’t seem like they care enough to make any changes so as soon as we find another daycare we are taking him out without notice. It’s worth the peace of mind to pay more for a better facility.
My girls love going to school everyday! They are able to tell and show me what they have been working on. I highly recommend this preschool.
I am really pleased at the how my child is learning and the professionalism of the staff an the teachers! They are doing an excellent job.
