Noncompliance Area: On 9/23/19 an unannounced inspection occurred at the facility. A review of staff files was conducted. Staff # 1 had a hire date of 4/8/19 and was hired using a Department of Education FBI clearance dated 1/10/19. Staff # 2 had a hire date of 4/2/19 and was hired using a Department of Education FBI clearances dated 1/11/19. After 9/24/18, a Department of Education FBI clearances was no longer an acceptable clearances for working in child care per the CPSL. Correction Required: The operator shall comply with the CPSL and with Chapter 3490 (relating to protective services).A facility person's record shall include a copy of requests for the criminal history record and child abuse registry clearance information, a copy of the disclosure statement and a copy of the completed clearance information required under the CPSL. |
