Description: Preschool/Early Learning Program For children ages 3, 4 or 5, the Children's Center offers a fully accredited preschool curriculum, by the Maryland State Department of Education. The program used is the Houghton Mifflin Co., the same program used by our local elementary school. Our curriculum includes the seven domains of learning from the Maryland Model for School Readiness Guidelines. These domains include personal and social development, language and literacy, mathematical thinking, scientific thinking, social studies, the arts, physical development and health.
