This provider knew my child was injured but did not inform us of it happening. My child was bleeding and crying. Instead of owning the mistake they said it didn't require first aid so they didn't need to inform us. Take a close look at the inspections before thinking about them.
This provider caused harm to my child, without any incident reports, and did not follow up as needed. They continued to state that they were not at fault for the incident, and created a hostile environment.
