Chocowinity Primary School is a Pre-K through 4th grade school located in Chocowinity, North Carolina on the
southside of the Pamlico River. We have an enrollment of 590 students and a staff of 95. Thanks to all the staff, students,
and parents that work together to make Chocowinity Primary School a great place to be!

Prior to the expiration date of the qualification letter, the child care provider did not complete and submit required forms to complete a criminal background check (a qualification letter is valid for a maximum of three years for the date of issuance). The qualification letter for the individual hired on 8/10/2020 expired on 11/19/21. The current qualification letter was received on 1/4/22.
