I am certified license child care provider approved by the NYS health department. Since I was 18 years old, I have been providing care for children, ages newborn to 15 years old. I found it a very rewarding experience. I have particularly enjoyed developing play curriculum and planning and implementing sporting and craft activities for children in my care. My social and friendly nature means I have a knack of connecting with children and adults from diverse backgrounds. Child safety is always at the forefront of my mind and I am cool-headed in stressful situations. I am a reliable, knowledgeable and honest person. I have extensive work experience in taking care of children for a few hours when parents are at or away from the home. Furthermore, I find ways to keep the kids amused and engaged. In addition, I know how to keep the kids safe and entertained in different ways. I am sure that I will really stand out if this job is being offered to me.
