My daughter has been going to Children's Palace since she was four months old. I have walked in on staff members YELLING a children and saying "you're not my friend anymore" "I don't like you". There have been times where I have not gotten Insident reports for different things like scratches, red marks, bruises. Just recently my daughter came home with a red mark on her arm later it turned into a bruise. I did not get an insident report but the director put it in the medical log book. Turns out a staff member was walking my daughter to the front of the daycare and she wouldn't listen to go into the room (she's one) so the staff member grabbed her arm, twisted her around and drug her into the room with her feet not touching the floor. I WILL NOT EVER take my child there again. I DO NOT recommend this daycare to anyone. The staff are friendly only when parents walk into the building. There was a teacher that pulled a little boys hair because he pulled someone else's hair. I reported it to the owner, Kim and the state licenser, Rita Miller and NOTHING was done about this. The staff member that left a bruise on my arm is still working at that daycare too. Please for your children's safety do not take your children there.
