About the Provider

Description: Since being founded in 1973, Children's Corner has grown from one center to multiple child care centers, providing quality and affordable childcare for working parents

Depending on location, our centers provide childcare Monday through Friday between the hours of 7am-7pm. Please call each center for their specific times. Children's Corner caters to the needs of working parents by providing year round childcare. Our

schedule consists primarily of major bank holidays. We do not close for any weeklong intervals.

Many of our locations are located in or around office complexes, making our center accessible to the working parent. Additionally, we offer an open-door policy, allowing access and interaction with your child at your convenience.

Due to accessibility to corporations, Children's Corner is always willing to enter into agreement with corporations to subsidize childcare costs or meet their company's childcare needs. For more information, please click here...

First of all, i think that you should advertise on all of your outlets that you do accept, or as you yourself put it that your teachers are not qualified to deal with a child like mine. you should specify that, so that if any parent has a child that needs or may need therapy they already know NOT to put him in your facility so that they can avoid your nasty comments. then when you came to us with your "concerns" your staff would HARASS us every single day after that to the point where i felt like you didn't want my child there until you admitted it that you didn't. Secondly, do not say " I am sorry about your son's early withdrawal from Children's Corner Learning Center... bla bla bla..." if you had any decency you would have thought of your words carefully instead of saying that my child needs to be in placed in a classroom with out any sharp objects! You basically implied that my son needs to be in a padded room and a straight jacket so that he doesn't. Don't EVER speak to a parent that way about their child. How dare you. the problem lies with your staff... my husband had told me about how one of your teachers had handled one of the students in the classroom. she pulled that child and was screaming at him. Maybe my son acted out based on the negativity of your "unqualified" teachers since you yourself said that they were unqualified! He never hit the teachers in his other school and he NEVER banged his head on their walls and their classroom is 3x bigger than yours. But I understand, as you told me before you don't want it to look like it's an "uncontrolled environment". Apparently, we aren't the ones you want to impress... maybe WE don't seem as rich as the dr's and professors that leave their kids in your care. That's really what you care about. Maybe you should hire better teachers. I noticed how Ms. Samantha would huff and puff when my son would come in the mornings and I always noticed how she never smiled or seemed friendly to the kids. all the teachers there look sad and tired. all the negative reviews here are true, and instead of responding and saying that the reviews are fake, maybe as a business owner you should investigate and apologize for the experience... instead, you get defensive with the parents sharing their experiences which show that you know that this is happening and you DONT care. but this isn't the only place i have complained. you'll see! i was told i would get a refund, but according to the other reviews it takes forever, so i'll be sure not to hold my breath.

I have used this provider for more than 6 months

This facility is a joke. The "teachers" are aggressive with the children and verbally abusive, they are constantly coming and going like a temp agency and barely any of them are even qualified/certified. At first it seemed like a wonderful facility but unfortunately my family, along with some of the other families we grew close to, learned the hard way that Children's Corner Learning Center is the furthest thing from a healthy and nurturing environment for children. Thankfully we pulled our child from there as we saw the facility and its staff spiraling out of control and beyond help, even the management ignored mine and other parent concerns. I would advise to call state and city agencies to get the full story on this place before enrolling your child. Our littles ones should always be in a healthy and safe environment where they can learn and grow, Children's Corner is definitely not it.
