Description:
Welcome to The Children's Home Daycare Center and Preschool. We have been in business since 2001. We are very excited to meet with you and your family!!! At the Children's Home, we believe that children first learn “how to learn.” The Children's Home will provide the experiences that help a child to think, “I am a good learner. I can find problems to solve. I can master a difficult task.” These experiences show children the power of learning.
Children who attend our program have many opportunities to practice their social skills. They learn how to take turns, talk, socialize with other kids, ask questions, and how to respond. The Children's Home provides many opportunities for your child to interact with other children.
Our classrooms provide an environment where they interact with teachers, move with the group, follow a routine; as a result they are exposed to social experiences where they learn new skills. They are exposed to opportunities where they will be learning about letters, numbers, shapes, colors, how to write their names, numbers, letters, and words. They have a lot of opportunities to learn while playing and exploring. That's how children learn best and at The Children's Home we provide these opportunities.
Where possible, ChildcareCenter provides inspection reports as a service to families. This information is deemed reliable, but is not guaranteed. We encourage families to contact the daycare provider directly with any questions or concerns, as the provider may have already addressed some or all issues. Reports can also be verified with your local daycare licensing office.
