I have used this provider for more than 6 months

As teacher's my wife and I are more than realistic of the trials and tribulations of the daily grind in a facility that deals with children. And yet when we questioned the stories our 3 year old was telling us at night (often in the middle of his book before bed); things became more and more troubling.
When we asked and proactively requested further information about our son's stories we were gently reminded that it was a 'tough classroom' and extra teachers are always delegated to that room. Unfortunately that simply isn't good enough! When my son expresses fear it is troubling to think that the employees lack the training and resources/supports to properly resolve the issues that I was viewing with my own eyes by way of the classroom cameras (always close by app). Once we withdrew our children we were immediately charged the 2 weeks in advance clearly displaying it was ALWAYS about the money and never about our kids SAFETY.
Shame on you Children of America.
There is a reason why your facility in New Britain NEVER appears on neighborhood recommended childcare facilities and receives it's perennial low star scores (and yet the reviews on their website always only show a low star score of 4 out of 5 - hmmmm). I was even tempted to upload the video of my son depicting an incident but I'd rather save that for the impending lawsuit as POWERFUL evidence to get our 2 weeks withdraw money back.
Reason of review: unsafe for children.

Worst place ever! The do not care about the kids it's all about the appearance of the place. The was the teachers treat the kids is so disturbing. They hide and cover up so much. This place should be shut down for all the bad things that go on. The curriculum is a joke and the kids hardly learn anything. There is a asst. teacher there named Arianna Burke who is a crazy stalker. She tried hitting on my husband and would call and text him and when we went to the dorector about it nothing was done because she didnt do anything illegal. They hire people before they do a background check. There is such a high turnover rate with teachers you never know who is in the child's classroom.
