Diapers were not changed whenever they were soiled or wet and/or were changed on a shift basis. A two-year-old child's soiled diaper was not changed between 3pm - 5:40 pm, causing a diaper rash, including skin irritation and welts on the child's thighs and buttocks area.

Enhanced staff/child ratios and group sizes were not met. On November 21, 2022, one group leader was present in space 4 with twenty children, ranging in age from five to eleven years old. The ratio for that age group is 1:15. Staff members interviewed also reported that in space 3, which is a classroom of two-year-old children, there have been multiple occasions when only one staff member is present to eleven children. The ratio for that age-group is 1:9.

I love, love, love this place!  The staff is so professional and friendly.  The building is clean.  The Administration always helps me when I need anything.  I am so thankful for this wonderful place for my children.  They have been there for over three years and I couldnt be happier.  The price is great, too.
