Charlotte Child Development Center is a licensed full day child development center located in St. Luke's Lutheran Church 3200 Park Road, Charlotte, NC 28209. We offer care to children 0 through 4 years of age. Our Center is open 7am to 6pm Monday through Friday with standard holiday closings.

An opened bag of Miracle Grow potting soil was observed on the ground next to planters on the playground. The bag stated keep out of reach of children.

Electrical outlets and power strips, not in use, which were located in space used by children did not have safety outlets or were not covered with safety plugs unless located behind furniture or equipment that cannot be moved by a child. Electrical outlets were observed without safety plugs in the auxiliary space used by children today.

Two (2) child care providers did not have a medical report on file prior to employment. This is a repeat violation.
