Just called for a quote for my infant and she refused to speak with me because she claims she has already interviewed me. I have never called this number before! I didn't even give her my name, only my son's age and the days I'd need childcare but she hung up on me.
She is excellent with children, has had many years of experience. She is available at any time unlike most daycares. I would have rated her 5 stars but the place is dirty and smells like animals. If it was cleaner I would definitely make it my permanent day care.
This home is filthy. It smells of animals that she allows to roam the home. She constantly has adults in the home that are not spoke of when signing up. I felt like her punishment was harsh and she didn't disclose that, the children did.
