Findings: Supervision and Health and Safety Concern. There were concerns of children having access to a pool on-site and swimming in a pool without supervision. During an investigation, a large open pool was accessible to children. The pool did not have a fence surrounding the pool or a protective covering. Additionally, there is a shed close by with a ladder leaning up against it that allows children to jump into the pool. Provider also admitted that children were allowed to swim in the pool unsupervised. Resolution: Provider was informed that all children have to be supervised within sight and hearing at all times. The pool had been taken down and is no longer accessible to children.
