About the Provider
Hello!
I am a licensed in-home daycare with many years of experience. Finding the best care for your child is key to peace of mind and security while you are at work. I strive to keep your child safe, happy and loved. We have a smaller group, which means your child will receive personal attention. I will treat them like my own - lots of hugs! I have two children of my own and one grandson, which I am lucky I get to take care of. I'm very reliable and try to keep my home clean (which is a smoke/pet-free environment). I'm on Providers Choice Food Program, which means that I serve healthy, nutritious meals/snacks that the kids like. I am CPR, First Aid, SUID/AHT certified and have extra hours of training that is required annually.
We like to go outside (weather permitting) to my fenced-in backyard with play equipment and a swingset. We even have the option of walking to the nearby park to play too! There is lots of room for playing, exercise and getting fresh air. Your child will learn basic preschool skills in the everyday activities we do such as counting, learning the ABC's, story time, educational games and puzzles. Other activities include singing songs, dress up, playing Legos, playdough, arts & crafts, and even being a junior baker assisting with cookies! These activities all provide structure for getting the children ready for school.
