Plan: Master Teacher, Neka Ligons submitted the necessary paperwork to renew the expired PDL on 2/2/17. The program will continue to remain aware of the expiration dates for PDL certifications.

Description: 340:110-3-284.2(b)(1) - Required master teachers. At least one master teacher is required for every 60 children of the licensed capacity. Only the required number of master teachers are required to meet all of the master teacher requirements. However, all master teachers meet cardio-pulmonary (CPR) and first aid certification requirements listed in (5) of this subsection.

Due to an expired PDL level, the program currently does not employee 1 master teacher for every 60 children of the licensed capacity. Master Teacher, Neka Ligons level 4 PDL expired 12/6/16.
