Description:
The Cabot Montessori School opened in early 2007.It started with the head teacher/owner and two students. Since then, it has blossomed! The school is based in a renovated house which hosts a Pre-Primary room big enough for 13 students, (2-3 years), and a preschool room big enough for 18, 4-6 year olds. There are plans for the future to build another classroom and offer Kindergarten and 1st Grade classes.The Montessori environment facilitates the child in a way unlike any other preschool system, where there is hardly ever a moment that the children disagree, argue or refuse to share; Therefore, the Montessori classroom is a peaceful environment.A child is NEVER held back for their age, or, in the same way, pushed to learn before they are ready.
