Description: Children start to learn the second they're born, rapidly developing cognitive and social skills. So it's essential to nurture their education at an early age, and in a loving environment. We recognize the value of early education and accept students as young as six weeks old. With a focus on a balanced curriculum with higher level learning skills, Kareer Kids provides children with the springboard they need for a successful transition into kindergarten.

I have been in this center on multiple occasions to pick up and drop off my grand child. This center does not run well by any means. The biggest complaints from myself and my family are as follows.
1. The director is loud and disrespectfully to teachers and parents alike. She shows little patients with parents or confused teachers as well as a general lack of interest in teaching or training her staff.
2. The teacher turn over is out of control. Having worked in the childcare industry when I was younger I know that teacher turn over happens. However, at this center there is no consistency. For a month we have had no idea who is going to be in our grand child's class room when we come in. The inconsistency of schedule and staff is very hard on our grand child emotionally.
3. Diaper changing is inconsistent at best. There have been several times when we have had to change our grand child in the car because she is wet or poopy upon pick up. Twice she has been raw and had diaper rash because of improper changing.
4. Lazy staff: every time I have performed drop off duty the staff have been sitting in chairs or on the sinks looking at the children and gossiping. There have been at least three times when the director herself has been sitting one the sinks gossiping at pick or drop off.
5. Education is severely lacking. We have yet to see a lesson plan. We rarely ever get art work sent home and the teacher child interaction is so limited that our grand daughter seems to be missing out on a lot of important social and emotional skills that are learned in the two year old stage.
This is our grand daughter and if we could pull her we would! Her parents live close to this center and it is their choice. I feel very strongly that this center does not care about the development and education of its children but rather the dollar sign attached to the child. I would encourage anyone searching for quality care to look somewhere else.
Sincerely
Dissatisfied Grandparent
