First off, Building Futures does not even deserve accreditation for a star. What happened at that daycare facility today absolutely disgusted me. Watching an employee, Sarah Plaso, grab my child by the arm and rip him out of a bouncer seat and very aggressively place him on the floor while he was screaming, opened my eyes to this bad excuse of a daycare center. After doing so she screamed "I'm not in the mood to hold you" followed by slamming the microwave door shut in pure anger. This is extremely unacceptable and disturbing behavior coming from a person who is trusted to be taking care of many infants. After speaking with an owner, and her not apologizing for the instance or giving any type of sympathy for the situation I immediately pulled him out of this daycare center and discontinued their supposed "child care." I will never advise anyone to trust this "family owned" business with the care of their children.

To help families in Streetsboro and the surrounding areas feel that their children are in the best care. Our goal is to ensure the safety and education of children in our center. Your children will want to come to school and should feel like we are an extrended part of their family.
