My child attended this daycare for a little over a month and I would NOT recommend this daycare. She came home starving every single day and gained a HORRIBLE attitude during the time she was there due to the environment and how the teachers speak to the children. She would yell and scream when i would i would pick her up. The teachers are mostly young kids who are just there for a paycheck. They were not friendly to me or to the children. Several occasions I would hear one of the teachers Ms. Taylor yelling at the kids and just overall just very mean to them. Seemed nice when i checked it out but def not where my child needed to be. They claim they are an "early learning center" however my child never came home with anything new that she learned. Ever since she stopped going there she is so much happier!!!
I love BUGS! We are leaving because we found a facility closer to home however I am sad to leave! My children love it there and are well taken care of! We are always greeted with a smile and the staff really do interact and love the children! I wish they were closer to my home as I would recommend this place to anyone! I cant say enough positive things about the staff and the teachers! I have even gotten a few phone number of the staff to watch my children when we leave. I cant say enough positive things about them!
