During an investigation, the licensor determined that a caregiver was left alone with children when the trained provider designee left the facility to pick up their child from school.
Correction verified by the licensor: On May 6, 2025, the licensor verified that the Licensee ensured that all provider designees have completed the OL's new provider training, and will ensure before being left alone with a child, any new provider designees will have completed OL's new provider training, as required by rule.
