After a review of footage, the health department determined that the incident did occur and the provider had taken all necessary action to report the incident to the parents and provide appropriate care to the child. Additionally, there were no supervision or health & safety concerns at the time of investigation. Resolution: The parents of the child were notified and took the child to the doctor where the child received 3 stitches. | |||
