I wish to give this day care a rating of 0. My 3 yr old son went to this day care couple of weeks ago for few weeks post which I removed him from that. The providers/teachers have a "care the dam" attitude. This listen to the parents carefully but it never gets followed. I gave them a lot of chances, kept informing them that my son needs a little encouragement when it came to food and naps. My kidoo came home everyday eating practically nothing and not sleeping. This resulted in him vomiting at times due to acidity. After a prolong period of talking to the teachers I finally got incorrect reports of him eating all his food. When I asked my kid after the day if he had certain food, he said no and the report showed otherwise. One day I gave a very large portion of lunch. I did this deliberately to check. That day his lunch box came in empty and I was told he had it all. It was just impossible that he could have all that. I probably could not.
I really don't trust them. One day when I went to pick collect him, he was wet, he had an accident and was playing in the grass with green patches on his pants. It was just was just not possible that someone did not notice.
I am paying 2000+ a month and this is the care I received from this so called day care. Incorrect reports and neglect.
