I am a homeowner in the same neighborhood living two houses over on Loyanne drive. This child care center is running illegally and a complaint will be filed with the home owners association and if necessary to other governing entities. On page 2, Paragraph (d) of the Restrictions for Section 8 of the Timber Lane Subdivision in Harris County, Texas states: "No trade or business activity shall be carried on upon any lot in TIMBER LANE, SECTION 8, nor shall anything be done thereon which may become obnoxious or offensive or an annoyance or a nuisance to the neighborhood." Running an illegal daycare with screaming children is certainly obnoxious and offensive. If a childcare provider ignores the law, should this provider be allowed to watch and potentially ignore children? I think not.
