My 3 year old grandson was in the middle of toilet training. She left him alone unsupervised in the bathroom, then berated him for making a mess and called him names. She called his mama all angry and made her leave school to come and get him. I accompanied her. He saw me and came running SOBBING and jumped into my arms. He was traumatized and had issues until he was 8 years old!! Shame on her!
The first day my child attended Marie's Little Angels, Marie had her 8 year old daughter "watching" her at the end of the day so her staff could start cleaning (this was before 4:00 pick up time btw). My daughter, an infant, fell over and hit her head on the floor because Marie's daughter was not actually paying attention. I considered pulling her out that day, but wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt and chalk it up as a simple oversight. Marie has also changed the drop off times and pick up times from 7:30-5:00 to 7:45-4:00, AND charges late pick up AND early drop off fees, even if you're only a few minutes late! When questioning Marie about this, she was very rude and condescending. She nickels and dimes parents to death with her fees and extra charges. When she tried to add an extra $130 in "fees" I removed my child from her care. Would not recommend this facility for infants or even my toddler.
