We were Taylor’s first customer. Everything was great for the first month, after that it went down hill. My daughter attended from September-December and in this time they used all of their paid sick days, and disaster days, meaning last minute cancellations, we would get a text 5-10 minutes before drop off. Parents are responsible for back up, childcare. This left us many times in the negative, paying by for childcare and not being able to attend work that day. Also they add hidden things to their policy at any given time, their policy is very detailed and they do not defer from it at all. I am a medical professional and she argued with me about my daughters sickness, and didn’t care what the dr note said from the MD. Most of the time Taylor isn’t even the only watching the children, her partner Raquel usually is the only one at pick up. They are great with the kids, but parents great with parent communication, or adult interaction.
