I am the owner of 3s A Charm Child Care Landa Ramirez and this is in response to whoever Chris above me is. First off let’s address the fact that this person has never even met me personally but then states that it is not what they expected. They don’t even know who I am, they did not even look me up through the okdhs.org website which is where I have my visitations from within the state. I have been in business for 16 years and hold a bachelors degree in elementary education. You can go to look at Landa Ramirez freelance model on Facebook and see what the exact photos are. But let me go ahead and address the situation with this particular family. I am a Hispanic woman, and this woman who is the mother was married to a Hispanic male but she is white. All she did every time she stepped on my door with brag about the fact that she was married to a Mexican man and just went on and on insisting that I speak Spanish to her child and everything else. I do offer Spanish lessons on Friday, but it was very pushy and prejudice in a sense and it made me feel uncomfortable. This mother tried to test my business policies on multiple occasions that I had to address her on. This supposed friend, Chris, contacted Who they thought was the The Oklahoma child care services on which I am licensed under. They were instead contacting the president of the association that I have been in for 16 years. They laid their complaint about me having a modeling page with a handful of photos on it as being reason to not be able to properly care for children. The president of the association let her know that we are daycare providers, we are licensed, we have periodic unannounced visits and that outside of daycare hours we are allowed to be humans, grown women who have lives, enjoy our family in whatever way we choose, enjoy life in whatever way we choose. Our only stipulations is that we cannot work and have it at daycare during hours. Which has never happened. The president also let this particular person know that would be a huge shame to have a write up on somebody over something as small as a hobby that is never even associated with the children whatsoever. They called me to let me know that this person did this and this particular mother did end up giving notice after about a week. Found a daycare provider that was an elderly woman so that she could be “safe” from any intimidation and insecurities on her part. I then contacted my licensing worker, Brooke Horn which you can contact as well, to let her know what was happening and to make sure that I wasn’t breaking any requirements as a licensed daycare provider. Of course she said no and she said that she would make note of it in case this particular person actually called the correct number. So instead of this person contacting okths.org they post on this page. Which has recently cost me two children signing because of it. I am a 48 year old woman with three grown children of my own, and three grandchildren. I have ran my daycare business successfully for 16 years and could give at least 300 referrals of past and present children during all these years as to what care I provide for them. So for someone to make assumptions from a Facebook page with maybe 10 photos on it about me as a person and how I run my business and how I care for children without ever having sitting foot in my facility is pretty sad. When this mother had already came to interview and son had already been coming to me for three or four months without issue as far as the care of the child. So to me it sounds like a couple of Karen’s talking about a person he was somewhat attractive digging into their personal life and finding fault because I pay for a photo shoot after a horrible in abusive 20 you’re married to try to boost my confidence. How did every parent that I have this parent supposed friend who I have no clue is the feels that they know who I am as a person. It’s disturbing and it’s sad and I hope whoever this Chris is along with the mother get to go dress up and have a photo shoot up their own and get over their own issues in this regard. I hope that whoever read the review above also read this review and understand how asinine it is and make a logical mature adult decision.

The woman running this is horrible and definitely not someone I'd want to watch my child. 3s A Charm was mentioned in conversation from a friend. I went online to look the company up and what I found on the owner was NOT what I expected. She has a web page "Landa Ramirez Freelance Model" through Facebook. The photos on there are very disturbing coming from someone who is suppose to be a role model for young children. I DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
