I live in the neighborhood. I hear Joan yelling at the kids all the time. The noise is almost unbearable as there seem to be a lot of kids in the back yard. Today was particularly bad, I was working from home and couldn't hear my phone call because of all of the kids screaming in the back yard. I do not feel they are appropriately supervised.
